Introducing Sam, an experienced and compassionate counsellor with 22 years of expertise. With qualifications as a counsellor and previous experience as a psychology teacher, Sam possesses a deep understanding of human behaviour in her practice.
Sam's approach to counselling has been enriched and shaped by her own personal journey into parenthood. She acknowledges the significance of providing support for families during the pre and post-pregnancy stages, as well as throughout the pregnancy itself.
Sam embraces a pluralistic and client-centred approach, tailoring her methods to suit each individual's needs. She creates a safe space for exploring emotions and thought processes, equipping clients with a toolkit of strategies that can be applied to various situations in life.
Under Sam's guidance, clients can expect a non-judgemental environment where they can process their feelings and explore avenues for personal growth. Sam values and respects each client's pace, and encourages feedback at every stage of the counselling journey.

Rate: $150 per session for individuals, $200 per session for couples.
